I'm a software engineer based in Berlin. I noticed something while watching the people around me: everyone was glued to their phones, even during the moments meant for something more meaningful. Christians who wanted to pray were fighting the same battle against notifications, social media, and endless scrolling. The tools out there either ignored the distraction problem entirely or had nothing to do with prayer. Nothing connected both. So I built Pray Focus from scratch. No venture capital, no outside pressure. Every feature comes from real conversations with real users. I ship updates based on what people actually need, not what looks good on a pitch deck.
