Step 1

Get the Verse of the Day widget ready

Download Pray Focus from the App Store.

Open the app and finish the short setup so it can load today’s verse.

Keep the app installed. The widget reads the daily verse from Pray Focus, so it needs to stay on your device.

Step 2

Add the widget to your Home Screen

Go to any page on your iPad Home Screen.

Touch and hold an empty area until the apps begin to jiggle.

Tap “Edit” in the upper-left corner, then tap “Add Widget” to open the widget gallery.
Touch and hold, then tap Edit (steps 2 to 3).

Search for “Pray Focus” or scroll to find it in the list.
Find the Pray Focus widget in the gallery (step 4).

Tap Pray Focus and choose the Verse of the Day widget and the size you want.

Tap “Add Widget”, then drag it to where you want it.

Tap “Done” to finish.
Prefer Today View? Swipe right from your Home Screen or Lock Screen to open it, then follow the exact same steps: touch and hold until the apps jiggle, tap “Edit”, and add the Verse of the Day widget.

Find the Pray Focus widget in the gallery (step 4).
